Can't be bothered reading the information? Happy to shell out around $11 (£7) per month for your downloads? You're in the right place!
Just follow the step by step guide and you'll be grabbing your files within minutes! I also plan on doing a brief video guide to demonstrate just how easy it is!
.: Providers and Software
If you aren't interested in the fact or figures I'd still suggest you check out what other software is out there. I tend to use Newsleecher myself as this is a much more 'neat' environment but is also a paid for application and it doesn't offer much more than Grabit to distinguish it as a must have. If its free you want then you can't go wrong with Grabit.
.: Step by Step
Step 1: Download the free NewsGroup software Grabit via the following link; Grabit Download
Step 2: Sign up to a NewsGroup Provider. I recommend Astraweb as they have instant set up as well as offering the best service though if you're looking for a free trial account start with Giganews; Astraweb - Giganews
Step 3: Once you have your welcome email from your provider (usually instantly to 10 minutes) open Grabit for the first time.
Step 4: Enter in the information required by Grabit; Server address, Username and Password. It will also ask if it is a secure server (SSL security) answer depending on your service.
Step 5: Check out Grabits 'Options' via the toolbar. Configure your download location (tell it where you want it to save files).
Step 6: Visit TopNZBs.com and sign up to any of the forums posted that are FREE (Don't ever pay for this aspect; plenty free forums out there - Check out this video to see where I recommend)
Step 7: Find a file you'd like and set it to download the nzb
Step 8: Open the nzb file (if it asks you what you want to use to open it; select Grabit) and Grabit 'should' auto associate with it and get the download running.
Step 9: Check out the status to see how long your download has left and when it's done; watch Grabit extract it to your destination folder!
Step 10: Go back out there and find the other 10 million things you want to download!
