The Usenet is a service for those who download alot and don't like the implications that come with torrents. The Usenet does not have swarms of clients that you share your downloads (and connection) with, it does not have waiting times and stupid ratio requirements. It does not rely on seeds to get high speeds and thus goes as fast as your connection will allow. It does cost; it is not free. If you want to know what's available on the Usenet then I'd suggest looking at any of the sites listed at TopNZBsites.com or just google for 'nzb forums'. Suffice it to say that if it's available digitally, whether through torrents or peer2peer, then it's available on the Usenet without any of the limitations imposed by the above!
